Related Pages on Links
Instructions and conditions on links and the way to use of icons for linking are stated in "Guideline on Links", "Links", "Website Conditions of Use" and link guide defined per page. If users of our websites wish to link to our websites, please read the above pages and use, upon agreement, all the terms. By linking to our websites or using icons to provide a link, users of our websites are considered to agree to all those conditions.

When linking from your website etc to our websites, please contact us with "Queries on Links" on the bottom of the page indicating the following,
- the URL of the UTN group companies or products page you are linking to
- the title of your website
- the URL of your website's top page
- the URL of actual page which you wish to provide a link from
- your contact details

Our websites may provide link icon images for you to use. Please feel free to use these icons according to the guideline on links defined per website. Some link icons are animated GIFs. Please note that the single first frame of a GIF file appears in browsers which are unable to support animated GIFs. By using these link icons to link on our website, users are considered to agree to the following conditions.

- You accept the right of UTN group companies on the link icons and promise not to insist on any right about the link icon usage.

- You accept that UTN group companies do not treat you favourably because of your use of the link icons.

- You do not download the link icons for use other than that described in, "Use of Link and Link Icons".

- You use the link icons only for linking to the websites owned by UTN group companies.

- You accept that UTN group companies have the right to terminate the use of link icons and change the shape or design of link icons used on your website without notice.

Use of logos owned by and copyrighted by UTN group companies is prohibited except for link icons to make a link to our websites and there is a contract with UTN group companies which allow the use. In case of using logos owned by UTN group companies, contract or permission concerning ordinary use right of trademark is required from Nippon Data Corporation or copyrighted companies.

Use of Link and Link Icons

Layout and Position
In case of using link icons to link to our websites, it is recommended that they are placed outside the text field, but close to the text mentioning UTN group companies or their products and services. Also, in case of using link icons with some other designs, please allow enough space in between so that link icons do not get confused with the other design.

Design Choice of the Available Link Icons
Users of our websites are free to choose one of any link icons if there is more than one. Please choose one which suits your website. However, if linking to the pages which are related to products or services, use of the relevant link icons is required.

Display Method of the Linked Page
When providing a link to the websites, please specify 'TARGET="_top"' or 'TARGET="_blank"' as 'TARGET' property of HTML tag '<A>'. Without this specification, linked-to page may appear in an unexpected position in the frame or the information source may be hidden.

Example 1 : When displaying a linked-to page within the same window of a linked-from page
Example 2 : When displaying a linked-to page with a new window
*The above examples are using the link icon called "TYPE-01". The codes display the icon first, then the character string "Nippon Data International Group Global Site" follows with a new line. Clicking either the icon or the string directs to the linked page, however the difference between the example 1 and 2 is displaying a linked-to page within the same window of a linked-from page for the example 1 and displaying a linked-to page with a new window for the example 2. (Please note the two examples are in case of providing a link to "UTN GLOBAL SITE".)
