Virus protection service is now available.

Nippon Data Corporation (CEO : Tomoyuki Taniguchi / Kita-ku, Tokyo) has launched "Virus Protection Service". This new service is one of the company's "DAWN WebService"range of ISP services.
The new service will detect virus-infected emails sent from third parties and delete(*1) them automatically from the DAWN WebService server, preventing virus penetration into our users' computers.
This service, based on Nippon Data and its group companies' Internet Security Policy Compliance, has become available for free for all the DAWN WebService users as of 1st July 2004.

Please note that while virus pattern files which determine viruses are updated on a regular basis, there may be cases where a new virus may not be detected if there is poor or no information about the virus or its offspring.
