Nippon Data Corporation. (CEO : Tomoyuki Taniguchi / Kita, Tokyo) decided the capital to be increased the capital to 157 million JPY(157,977,660 JPY) on October 31, 2005 and decided it to the completion of the procedure of the capital increase April 1, 2006.
There are neither this stockholder according to the capital increase nor a change in the holdings ratio.
